Doing the wedding reception at our home was outstanding and Debby and her people at Flying Horse were absolutely the key factor in the success of the event. Debby's team came in and took care of everything for the event and freed my wife and me to just host and interact with the guests. We never gave the food or drink a second thought. The team was like a bunch of ninjas working around the guests without any intrusion. The food was also the talk of the party with everyone commenting on how outstanding it was. Without question the success of our event was directly a result of Debby's teams competence and professionalism.

We want to do another big event just so we can use Flying Horse. They are the best.

We used Flying Horse for our corporate Thanksgiving meal. Despite other proposals from other caring companies, Flying Horse has the best menu for us. They were able to meet all of our requests for the meal and delivery. They were able to provide 350 meals. Our employees were so grateful and thankful for the amazing meal. Debbie was amazing to work with. We will use Flying Horse again.

We had Debby and her crew facilitate a Celebration of Life yesterday. These events are so hard to predict numbers and I was worried about not having enough food. Debby was so helpful and kept me in the loop. We actually had leftovers. Whew! BBQ was fresh, hot and delicious. We had several nice compliments from fellow mourners. 

We used Flying Horse (Black Eye Pea) for our Thanksgiving and Christmas meals at work. They are fantastic to work with, and the food is fantastic. They have the catering down to a science and pack hearty portions (we have some HUNGRY people!). We hope to be able to use them for any catering needs in the future!

Debby was so Amazin! We had a large wedding of 90 people. We both said we could not believe the food tasted even better than the tasting. All of our guests were so impressed. Debby made sure we were taken care of and got to eat. I can not say enough good things! I would Highly recommend Flying Horse Catering and will use them in the future. 10 out of 10!!!

Debbie has been wonderful with all of our questions and responds promptly. She also gave us a free tasting last night and sent us home for the leftovers. Very happy we picked this catering company for our wedding!

I want to let you know we were VERY pleased with the services provided by Flying Horse Catering.  Your staff did an awesome job.  The entire set-up/food/tear down was done in a very professional manner and we really appreciated not having to worry about any details.  I also have to mention that we have had many, many compliments on how delicious the food was (and I agree)!
