Tenderloin ~ Market Price

 Hand cut Colorado tenderloin with house made wild mushroom veal demi-glace, grilled on site, (grilling chef an additional fee).

Prime Rib ~ $35.00

Minimum 20 guests. Herb crusted dry aged prime rib with traditional house made Au Jus and horseradish sour cream, carved on site, (grill chef an additional fee).

New York Strip Steak ~ $27.00

Hand cut Colorado New York strip steak with house made compound butter, grilled on site, (grill chef an additional fee).

Roasted Tri-Tip of Beef ~ $27.00

Hand Cut Colorado beef lightly brushed with EVOO and fresh herbs, served with sautéed button mushrooms, onion, pepper and cabernet veal demi.

Teriyaki Beef Tip Kabob ~ $25.00

Hand trimmed Colorado beef tips marinated in our own house made teriyaki sauce, skewered with fresh red onions, bell peppers and button mushrooms, grilled fresh on site, (grill chef an additional fee).

Seared Frenched Chicken Breast ~ $27.00

Fresh locally sourced skin on boneless chicken breast with attached drumette, pan seared then oven finished then served with roasted shallot pan sauce.

Marinated Herb Grilled “Red Bird” Chicken Breast ~ $25.00

Fresh locally sourced boneless skinless chicken breast, house brined then marinated in EVOO, fresh herbs and aromatics, grilled on site, (grill chef an additional fee).

PORK

Pan Seared Bone-in Pork Chop ~ $28.00

Locally sourced hearty cut bone-in pork chop, house brined then pan seared and finished with a house made pancetta sherry cream sauce.

Grilled Rosemary Pork Loin ~  $23.00

Hand cut Colorado pork tenderloin, house brined, brushed with EVOO and fresh rosemary then lightly grilled and served with a house made apple / pear chutney.

SALMON and SHRIMP

 

Herb Crusted Salmon Filet ~ $33.00

Fresh hand cut Atlantic salmon brushed with light butter and fresh herbs, then roasted in the oven and finished with a chardonnay cream sauce.

Marinated Jumbo Shrimp Skewers $28.00

Fresh extra jumbo shrimp hand peeled and deveined then marinated in EVOO, fresh herbs and aromatics, skewered then grilled fresh on site.  (grill chef an additional fee).
