Smoked pulled chicken, carnitas style pulled pork shoulder, re-fried beans, Mexican style rice, house made green chili, locally made flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, fresh diced tomato, fresh diced onion, sour cream, cheddar jack cheese, spicy chipotle salsa, tortilla chips. Served with a tray of assorted desert bars.
