Traditional Continental Breakfast ~ $11.00 

Mini Danish pastries, muffins & bagels with butter, jam, cream cheese served with seasonal fresh fruit salad with a variety of individual yogurts

Flying Horse Breakfast ~ $15.25

Thick cut French toast, hot maple syrup, cheesy scrambled eggs, locally made breakfast sausage, crispy bacon and seasoned breakfast potatoes served with a seasonal fresh fruit salad

Egg and Sausage Breakfast ~ $13.00

Cheesy scrambled eggs and locally made breakfast sausage  served with seasonal fresh fruit salad.

Breakfast Burritos ~ $14.75

Cheesy scrambled eggs, crispy potatoes, cheddar jack cheese, sour cream, salsa and fresh jalapenos with flour tortillas and house made green chili sauce served with seasonal fresh fruit salad. Add locally made chorizo sausage for $2 extra

Front Range Brunch ~ $18.25 

Select two quiche options, (please see quiche options below),to be served with sliced smoked pit ham, house baked rolls, butter and mixed green salad with house-made ranch and balsamic dressing served with a seasonal fresh fruit salad.

Quiche Breakfast ~ $16.75

Select two quiche options, (please see quiche options below), to be served with crispy bacon, mini glazed croissant doughnuts and seasonal fresh fruit salad.
***Add a side of house made Pico de Gallo for a small additional fee

Quiche Options:

    • South of the Border Quiche with local chorizo, roasted jalapeno’s, fresh diced tomato, thinly sliced scallions and a blend of cheeses.
    • Pioneer Quiche with Hatch green chilies, smoked chicken, sautéed onion, flame roasted tomatoes and a blend of cheddar.
    • Cowboy Quiche with caramelized onion, smoky bacon, sharp cheddar.
    • Garden Quiche with fresh broccoli, onions, herbs, roasted red peppers and gruyere cheese.
    • Flying Horse Classic Quiche with sautéed mushrooms, fresh spinach and a blend of cheddar and jack cheeses.
      Gluten free quiche is available for an up charge.
